What you'll do

• Prepare exam rooms
• assist providers with patient care and procedures
• obtain and document vital signs, histories, complaints, and intake information
• perform point-of-care tests
• administer medications and injections as directed
• assist with splinting, wound care, and bandaging
• perform EKGs and support X-ray workflow if trained or certified
• maintain electronic medical records
• support follow-up and discharge instructions
• assist with check-in and check-out
• restock supplies
• and coordinate lab send-outs.
