What you'll do

• Respond to sales inquiries, calls, and emails
• assist with proposals, contracts, room block agreements, and event estimates
• maintain lead and sales records
• assist with prospecting and client follow-up
• schedule tours and inspections
• coordinate meetings, banquets, weddings, and other events
• prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders and event documents
• communicate event requirements to hotel departments
• track deposits, deadlines, rooming lists, and guarantees
• assist with billing review and post-event follow-up
• identify upselling opportunities
• protect confidential information and follow hotel policies.
