What you'll do

• Clean apartments, hallways, and common areas
• prepare apartments for move-in
• participate in annual cleaning schedules
• use cleaning chemicals safely according to department guidelines
• report resident issues or concerns to a supervisor
• maintain housekeeping carts and vacuums
• participate in the energy awareness program
• attend required training and meetings
• follow safety practices and company policies.
