What you'll do

• Support litigation from petition through judgment and post-judgment proceedings
• prepare pleadings, motions, orders, notices, exhibits, and correspondence
• maintain calendars and court dockets
• manage e-filing, discovery, scheduling, and document production
• conduct legal research
• organize documents and findings
• prepare deposition, motion, hearing, and trial materials
• assist with intake and conflict checks.
