What you'll do

• Skewer, season, and roast meats over an open flame to the proper temperature and doneness
• carve and serve meats tableside
• circulate through the dining room to provide timely service
• answer guest questions about cuts, preparation, and flavor profiles
• maintain food safety and sanitation
• collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
