Traveling Mechanical Project Manager

What you'll do

• Lead assigned projects with the project superintendent
• evaluate scope and staff key positions
• establish objectives, procedures, and performance standards
• coordinate with clients and design contacts
• negotiate and issue subcontracts
• manage schedules, variance reports, costs, billings, collections, and risks
• pursue change orders
• maintain project document controls
• attend progress meetings
• develop customer and contractor relationships
• mentor other project managers when assigned.
