What you'll do

• Operate a cash drawer and process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing
• provide customer service
• follow bank policies and federal regulations
• maintain accuracy and attention to detail to help prevent fraud
• identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate team members
• promote self-service options
• assist with appointment scheduling
• maintain knowledge of products and services
• use the Customer Relationship Management System to connect clients with team members.
