What you'll do

• Manage assigned training portfolios, deliverables, milestones, budgets, and schedules
• guide instructional developers, coordinators, and support staff
• manage subcontractor assignments and quality
• lead ADDIE courseware design and development for instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning
• facilitate courses and workshops
• coordinate Mobile Training Teams and travel as needed
• oversee training systems and records
• evaluate training effectiveness
• and maintain workflows, repositories, and SharePoint resources.

Why this role

Travel is typically up to 10% as needed. Some positions follow an AWS schedule with four 10-hour days and every other Friday off.
