Job overview

The Caregiver role is onsite in the Los Angeles, CA area, serving clients in Valley Village, Burbank, Studio City, North Hollywood, and surrounding areas. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour. Always Best Care Senior Services provides in-home care for seniors and aims to improve clients’ quality of life. The caregiver supports clients’ daily activities and independence through personal care, household assistance, companionship, and observation. The role also helps clients with errands or appointments when needed and reports changes in condition to a supervisor.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, dressing, mobility, and transfers
• provide medication reminders
• prepare meals according to dietary restrictions
• perform light housekeeping
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• provide companionship
• monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions
• for some clients, shop for groceries, pick up medication, or accompany them to medical appointments.
