What you'll do

• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and customer follow-up
• process accounts payable, including vendor invoices, approvals, and payment scheduling with leadership
• maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks
• ensure customer billing terms are accurate
• manage accounts receivable and payable for approximately 20 active customers plus suppliers.
