The role also builds refrigeration and troubleshooting skills to support equipment reliability and reduce reliance on third-party service providers.

What you'll do

• Diagnose equipment issues and identify repair parts
• install replacement parts and test equipment
• perform preventive maintenance inside restaurants and on roofs
• learn equipment sequences, safety practices, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• complete basic refrigeration training
• use hand and power tools safely
• communicate maintenance needs and repair status to the lead technician and restaurant leaders.
