What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of general liability claims, including construction defect exposures
• investigate liability, damages, and coverage
• gather and analyze documentation, reports, contracts, and evidence
• communicate with stakeholders throughout the claims process
• evaluate exposure and develop resolution strategies
• negotiate settlements
• maintain accurate claim files
• comply with state regulations, licensing requirements, and client service expectations.
