What you'll do

• Perform mold setups and changeovers according to the production schedule
• prepare for changeovers and address process problems as directed
• clean, inspect, and lubricate molds and machinery
• troubleshoot mold performance issues and assist with repairs
• operate production lines as needed
• perform quality checks and document problems or adjustments
• follow plant specifications, safety practices, and PPE requirements
• maintain housekeeping.
