What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on commercial kitchen equipment
• troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components

• service, diagnose, and repair chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and commercial HVAC/refrigeration equipment
