Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Perform apartment maintenance and repairs, including painting and appliance repair
• troubleshoot plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical, and carpentry issues
• oversee contractors and vendors
• control expenses within budget guidelines
• provide customer service
• participate in resident promotions or functions as required
• follow safety and liability guidelines
• take part in the on-call rotation.
