What you'll do

• Leverage the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customer needs and present solutions to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources.
• Prospect for new clients using telephone, direct mail, seminars, and local marketing programs.
• Analyze customer needs and interests to determine appropriate products.
• Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems or complaints.
• Project a positive image to clients and the community.
