Therapist – Assertive Community Treatment

Job overview

The Therapist – Assertive Community Treatment role is onsite in Lebanon, MO, with compensation of $37.49–$40.49 per hour. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call aspects. Compass Health Network’s ACT, ACT TAY, and STEPS programs provide community-based support for people with chronic mental health disorders. The therapist provides person-centered behavioral health care in clients’ homes, communities, and office settings. The role supports stability, wellness, and recovery through therapy, assessment, individualized planning, team collaboration, and rotating on-call crisis coverage.

What you'll do

• Provide individual and group therapy in community and office settings
• conduct clinical assessments and develop wellness and recovery plans
• participate in daily team meetings
• deliver culturally competent, person-centered care
• maintain timely documentation
• provide crisis intervention coverage on a rotating on-call schedule
• drive as needed to support clients in the community.
