What you'll do

• Complete electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs
• assist with installations and perform routine preventive maintenance under service contracts
• repair beds, stretchers, OBTs, and accessories
• document evaluations, repairs, parts, and warranty status on work orders and submit paperwork within 24 hours
• report bed failures and damage to Technical Support
• maintain service van, tools, and spare-parts inventory
• follow safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment
• complete ongoing product education.
