What you'll do

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools
• wash dishes and kitchen vessels
• provide clean service equipment to front-of-house staff
• maintain dishware for culinary meal periods
• support banquet equipment and culinary needs before and during events
• transport banquet food requirements to event locations
• report damaged, faulty, or misused equipment
• keep the work area clean, tidy, and dry.
