What you'll do

• Lead change identification, evaluation, documentation, and approval
• review and negotiate change orders
• maintain change logs, contingency tracking, and commitment registers
• establish change-control procedures
• prepare cost plans, estimates, reports, and forecasts
• validate contractor pricing and cost data
• coordinate cost inputs
• support dispute avoidance, value engineering, and final account closeout
• mentor team members.
