Core Pet Sitter / Dog Walker — Providence Territory, AM or PM Shift

The Core Pet Sitter / Dog Walker role is an in-person position serving Providence, RI, with occasional travel to East Providence, Pawtucket, and bordering areas of Cranston; compensation is paid per visit, with rates from $9 for 15-minute visits to $16–$18 for 60-minute visits, plus mileage between client visits. Furry Fellas Pet Service has served Rhode Island since 2006 and provides in-home pet care.

What you'll do

• Walk and exercise dogs
• provide bathroom breaks, feeding, water, cat and small-animal care, and medication when applicable
• follow client care instructions
• document visits and send photos and summaries
• travel among clients’ homes
• bring in mail and newspapers, water plants, and complete other household tasks included with services.

Why this role

Two shift options have consistent weekly schedules: AM regular days Tuesday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with Sunday and Monday extended coverage; or PM regular days Tuesday–Thursday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM, with Friday and Saturday extended coverage. Two consecutive days off weekly; prior professional animal-care experience and a reliable vehicle are required.
