Call Center Associate

The associate is responsible for identifying customer needs, scheduling appointments for sales consultants, and maintaining positive communication to drive business goals.

What you'll do

• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining positive communication, while skillfully overcoming objections by addressing concerns, offering alternative options, and reinforcing the value of our service.
• Identify customers unique home situations.
• Schedule appointments for our Sales Consultants to go out to price and sell the job.
• Communicate effectively, actively listen, and show empathy as the first point of contact with our customer.
• Provide world class customer service with the methodology, resources and dedicated coaches we provide to guide you to success.
