What you'll do

• Assist with daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing
• uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and provide feedback to team members
• support scheduling and staffing
• address team issues and conflicts
• respond to customer concerns
• support sales tracking, cash handling, budgets, financial reports, and recordkeeping
• assist with food safety training, administrative records, action plans, and special projects.
