The Daycare Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Arlington, MA, with compensation of $20–$28 per hour for certified teacher candidates. The location operates year-round, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Little Sprouts is part of Babilou Family US, which provides early education and child care across New England schools. The teacher creates a safe, nurturing learning environment and leads developmentally appropriate curriculum and classroom routines. The role supports children’s development, guides teaching staff, builds family partnerships, and incorporates sustainable education practices into learning and classroom operations.

What you'll do

• Design and implement daily lesson plans
• lead classroom routines and organization
• model instructional practices
• supervise children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor exploration
• observe and document development
• serve as a mandated reporter
• communicate with families and participate in conferences and events
• maintain required certifications and training
• collaborate with colleagues
• coach and support Assistant Teachers.
