What you'll do

• Support development, UAT, and production environments
• monitor application health and dashboards
• troubleshoot incidents, application issues, and data processing failures
• assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
• support operational workflows and scheduled jobs
• maintain deployment scripts and release procedures
• manage configurations
• improve monitoring and alerting
• support AWS environments and cloud resources
• troubleshoot .NET applications
• develop utility programs and scripts
• support SQL and database troubleshooting
• assist with code reviews and release readiness.
