What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end test-solution programs from concept through production deployment
• manage integrated plans, schedules, milestones, resources, budgets, and risks
• align Design, DFT, Validation, Test Engineering, Product Engineering, Firmware, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations
• report program status and risks to leadership
• drive package test, system-level test, reliability qualification, and production test solutions
• coordinate qualification and production readiness
• support vendor management
• track test coverage, yield, quality, and readiness KPIs
• lead improvement initiatives in automation, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
