What you'll do

• Select therapy activities following the plan of care
• Assist residents in daily activities
• Monitor performance and provide encouragement
• Document resident progress
• Teach residents to use special equipment
• Collaborate with the OT to establish rehabilitation plans
• Maintain cooperative relationships with the healthcare team.
