What you'll do

• Manage O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and H-1B petitions from intake through filing
• conduct consultations with prospective clients
• draft, review, and submit petitions
• help develop repeatable case-building playbooks
• provide product feedback to engineering on AI-assisted drafting and review workflows.
