Continuous Improvement Specialist

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and refine Lean strategies
• identify process optimization, waste reduction, and productivity opportunities
• develop and deliver Lean training
• coach team leaders, managers, and employees
• lead Kaizen events and improvement initiatives
• analyze workflows for inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• use Value Stream Mapping, root cause analysis, and DMAIC
• work with operations, food safety, and PMO teams
• track project goals, deadlines, and sustained results.
