Culinary Experience Director

What you'll do

• Lead dining, culinary, and catering operations across multiple venues and care levels
• oversee staffing plans and scheduling
• develop and manage operating and capital budgets
• integrate brain health and longevity-focused nutrition into menus with clinical and dietary staff
• uphold hospitality standards
• partner with the Health Services Director on compliance in licensed care settings
• and design dining experiences that foster resident connection and community.
