What you'll do

• Plan, oversee, and execute nursing services
• supervise day-to-day nursing activities
• collaborate with the Nursing Director on operations and emergency support
• coordinate nursing activities with physician directives and care plans
• direct charge nurses
• adjust care plans with medical staff for emergencies
• ensure relief staffing before leaving
• notify residents’ physicians about significant condition changes or immediate care needs.
