What you'll do

• Plan and develop the new surgery department
• design workflows for patients, staff, and physicians
• identify and select equipment, instruments, and supplies
• develop policies, procedures, and operational standards
• ensure compliance with CMS regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety requirements
• build relationships with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing staff, and hospital leadership
• recruit, onboard, and develop perioperative staff
• advocate for procedural teams’ operational needs.
