The Heat Treat Operator / Finishing Technician role is onsite in Winsted, CT, with second- and third-shift openings. Starting pay is $21 per hour, with a $2 second-shift differential or $3 third-shift differential. What you'll do

• Clean and prepare parts for furnace loading
• set up and operate furnaces to operation-sheet requirements
• execute the heat-treat production schedule
• verify charts and inspect materials
• perform certified special processes such as shot peen, waterflow, and airflow as required
• maintain quality records
• load and unpack materials
• perform 6S audits and cleanup
• enter serial numbers
• follow EHS and quality policies
• maintain FPI Level I and/or Visual Inspection certification.
