Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Brandon/Valrico

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is an onsite position serving schools and in-home cases across Brandon/Valrico, FL. Pay is $50–$55 per hour based on experience. The provider is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA organization, and the role supports individualized behavioral care. The BCBA assesses client needs, develops behavior plans, and guides RBTs and caregivers in implementing those plans. By analyzing outcomes and coordinating with teachers and other providers, the role supports consistent, individualized treatment.

What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and write individualized behavior plans
• train and supervise RBTs and caregivers during sessions and off-site meetings
• assess caregiver proficiency and coach plan implementation
• analyze data, track outcomes, and make treatment recommendations
• manage cases and collaborate with teachers and other providers.
