What you'll do

  • Lead new product development projects from concept through production launch
  • maintain schedules, budgets, quality plans, and phase-gate milestones
  • coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, and test engineering
  • manage design reviews, risk assessments, validation plans, DFMEA/PFMEA activities, and documentation
  • track progress and mitigation plans
  • report status to leadership and stakeholders
  • work with customers
  • support prototypes, testing, supplier development, and manufacturing readiness
  • travel domestically and internationally as required.
