This role exists to oversee the ordering, storing, receiving, and distribution of merchandise and supplies. The specialist manages inventory flow, tracks maintenance, develops loss mitigation protocols, and ensures accurate physical inventory records to maintain optimal stock levels and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, open-to-buy, and aged inventory.
• Receive packages and enter inventory into the Luxe system.
• Perform quality control on all merchandise.
• Manage special order processes and create purchase orders in the POS system.
• Coordinate and reconcile annual physical inventory.
