What you'll do

• Research, analyze, and resolve market settlement disputes and transactional data issues under applicable tariff requirements, business practice manuals, and timelines. Validate and perform data corrections
• identify root causes, escalate issues, and initiate software defects when needed. Communicate determinations and resolutions to customers and internal stakeholders
• maintain reports. Identify process improvements and support user acceptance testing for system and market initiatives.
