The role helps people receiving behavioral health services build practical skills and live as independently as possible in the community. Through skills training, cueing, supervision, and timely documentation, the associate supports goals identified in each recipient’s treatment plan.

What you'll do

• Teach clients to access community resources and transportation, follow medication plans, develop interpersonal, behavioral support, crisis coping, and emotional regulation skills, manage finances, and shop independently. Complete EMR documentation within 24 hours of service delivery
• support community living through skills training, cueing, or supervision identified in treatment plans
• maintain required training and supervision
• and participate in therapeutic rehabilitation and 1915i Rise services as needed.
