Retail Key Holder

What you'll do

• Open and close the store
• provide customer service and product recommendations
• assist during high-volume periods and support new employees
• restock merchandise, conduct inventory counts, and identify discrepancies
• process cash transactions, open and close tills, count cash, and prepare deposits
• operate scanners and registers
• follow age-verification policies
• process refunds and exchanges
• monitor the sales floor and follow security procedures
• maintain store cleanliness
• train new employees on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service.
