Activities Aide

What you'll do

• Assist with planning, implementing, and evaluating resident programs
• coordinate with facility departments
• participate in community planning
• gather activity information from residents and families
• prepare clean and safe activity areas
• schedule movies, parties, games, and other activities
• oversee residents during activities
• make routine visits and assist with crafts and projects
• encourage participation
• follow HIPAA requirements and honor residents’ refusal of treatment.
