The role supports accurate and timely financial operations by processing invoices and payments, reconciling vendor accounts, maintaining reports and records, and coordinating with vendors and internal departments. It also contributes to compliance and process improvement across accounts payable activities.

What you'll do

• Review and process vendor invoices for accuracy and coding
• verify approvals and documentation in the accounts payable automation system
• review and approve purchasing card transactions
• enter monthly utility statistics for assigned locations
• prepare weekly vendor payment runs
• reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• assist with month-end close
• maintain aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices
• respond to vendor inquiries
• assist with vendor setup, compliance, documentation, and process improvements.
