What you'll do

• Monitor and respond to email and phone queues

• review mortgage servicing records and confirm receipt of original documents
• coordinate documents for off-site storage
• index and review scanned documents

• support lien releases and investor certifications
• contact courthouses, attorneys, title companies, and agencies
