What you'll do

• Anticipate and plan individualized care for the patient
• Perform in the surgical technologist role for specialty cases
• Maintain an orderly and organized work environment
• Prioritize effectively and implement problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate expertise in the operation of instrumentation and equipment
• Maintain specialty instrument sets
• Act as a resource and mentor to non-specialty staff.
