Director of Sales

What you'll do

• Respond to inbound inquiries within two hours
• generate leads and conduct at least three home visits weekly
• maintain at least 15 prospect connections daily and send at least five personalized videos weekly
• schedule and lead community tours
• use CRM and Yardi reports to monitor performance
• participate in weekly planning meetings
• work toward move-in, occupancy, and conversion goals.
