The Human Resources Benefits Representative role is onsite at OSU-Stillwater in Stillwater, OK. The hiring range is $18.00–$21.50 per hour. The role also administers plan matters in accordance with plan documents and applicable regulations, escalating potential system-wide issues and presenting benefits information at events.

What you'll do

• Respond to student and employee benefits questions
• process requests and direct individuals to specialists or vendors
• determine eligibility and allowable plan-election changes
• assist with benefit issues by coordinating with departments, payroll, technical teams, and vendors
• identify and escalate potential system-wide issues
• present information at orientations, enrollment meetings, and other events
• maintain HIPAA confidentiality
• become a notary and notarize documents as needed.
