The Injury Prevention Specialist (IPS) is an onsite role based in Suffolk, VA. The annual salary range is $60,200.00 – $90,200.00. This role is part of the Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team, which manages the health and wellbeing of the workforce. This role exists to lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety initiatives. The specialist will work one-on-one with associates to improve physical movement techniques through ergonomic training and engagement, aiming to prevent soreness or injury before it occurs.
