Assistant Director, Before and After School Program

The Assistant Director, Before and After School Program works onsite in Lincoln, RI. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. EnrichEd operates before- and after-school programs that provide children with a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment. Working alongside the site Director and team, the Assistant Director oversees supervision and program planning, develops curriculum, and supports children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and academic development. The role also helps students with schoolwork and partners with school faculty and staff to support a safe educational setting.

What you'll do

• Work with the site Director and team to create a safe, healthy, structured, and nurturing environment
• oversee child supervision, program planning, and administrative paperwork
• create and implement curriculum
• support student development and help with homework and projects
• partner with school faculty and staff
• use an electronic daily tracking app
• assist with accreditation and quality initiatives.
