What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site procedures
• respond to incidents and critical situations
• patrol the business, surrounding property, and perimeter
• monitor access points and site activity
• assist visitors and occupants
• complete activity logs and incident reports
• communicate relevant information to site contacts and company leadership.
