Construction Cleaning Technician

Job overview

The Construction Cleaning Technician role is onsite at varying locations in the Twin Cities and surrounding metro area, with pay starting at $18 per hour. PK Property Services provides commercial property care, including custodial services, floor maintenance, landscaping, and snow plowing. The technician cleans completed construction sites and designated facility areas, removing debris and residue and completing daily work reports. The work helps bring sites to a clean, finished condition and maintain safe, welcoming environments for clients.

What you'll do

• Clean completed construction sites and designated areas
• remove construction debris and materials such as concrete, dirt, lumber, plaster, drywall, and paint or adhesive residue
• clean windows, floors, tile, and bathroom fixtures
• wash windows and dispose of waste
• document work in daily reports
• coordinate with on-site staff.
