What you'll do

• Provide direct care and daily living support
• assist with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and household tasks

• transport and accompany clients to appointments, activities, and errands
• encourage skill-building, independence, and community integration
• communicate with supervisors, families, and care-team members
• respond appropriately to behavioral support needs and crisis situations.
